We want your stay in Zuluk to be enjoyable, safe, and memorable. Please review the following information before your arrival.

Check-In

• 12:00 PM onwards

Early check-in requests may be accommodated subject to room availability. Please contact us in advance if you expect to arrive earlier.

Check-Out

• Before 9:00 AM

Late check-out may be available upon request depending on occupancy and availability.

Protected Area Permit (PAP)

Visitors traveling along the Silk Route in East Sikkim may require permits depending on their itinerary. Guests should carry valid government-issued photo identification documents during their journey.

• 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM

To maintain the peaceful atmosphere that Pelling is known for, we kindly request guests to keep noise levels to a minimum during quiet hours.

Pet Policy

• We understand pets are part of the family. If you wish to travel with your pet, please contact us before booking so we can assist you with suitable arrangements.

Mobile Network & Connectivity

Mobile networks may be limited in certain areas along the Silk Route. Connectivity can vary depending on location and weather conditions.

Shared Spaces

• Our dining area, outdoor seating spaces, and common areas may be shared with fellow travelers. We encourage guests to relax, connect, and enjoy the warm hospitality and friendly atmosphere of our homestay.

Electricity & Power Supply

• Power interruptions may occasionally occur due to weather conditions in the mountains. We recommend carrying a fully charged power bank and keeping essential devices charged whenever possible.

Weather & Clothing

Weather in Zuluk can change quickly, especially during winter and monsoon seasons. Mountain roads may occasionally be affected by fog, rainfall, or snowfall. We recommend checking weather conditions before traveling.

We recommend carrying:

✓ Woollen caps, gloves, and socks

✓ Comfortable walking shoes

✓ Sunglasses and sunscreen

✓ Personal medications

Meals

Freshly prepared home-cooked meals are available at the homestay. Since supplies are transported from lower regions, we encourage guests to inform us in advance about any dietary preferences or special meal requirements.
